1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is incorrect
  • The product is damaged during transit
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery
  • The quantity received is less than ordered

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has been opened, used, or altered
  • Original packaging (labels, cartons, seals) is missing or damaged
  • Product batch number or label is tampered

These conditions are important to ensure product safety and hygiene.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically completed within 8–10 business days
No cancellation charges will be applied.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible

If eligible, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment source.

  • We recommend recording an unboxing video for all orders to support claims
  • Due to the nature of cosmetic and nutraceutical products, returns are limited to quality issues only
