1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is incorrect
- The product is damaged during transit
- The product is expired at the time of delivery
- The quantity received is less than ordered

- Unboxing video proof
- Order details
⏱️ Requests must be raised:
- Within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery (preferred)
- Maximum 7 days from the date of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product has been opened, used, or altered
- Original packaging (labels, cartons, seals) is missing or damaged
- Product batch number or label is tampered
These conditions are important to ensure product safety and hygiene.
3. Refund Process
- Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds are typically completed within 8–10 business days
No cancellation charges will be applied.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible
If eligible, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment source.

- We recommend recording an unboxing video for all orders to support claims
- Due to the nature of cosmetic and nutraceutical products, returns are limited to quality issues only
- Shreedha Naturals reserves the right to verify claims before approving refunds
